Enrollment and Participation consent

MV Advanced, Inc., doing business as Marie Veronique, invites adults 18 years or older to a 14-day consumer perception study. Participants use only their assigned Senolytic Balm or Senolytic Serum according to the provided instructions and complete baseline, initial-experience, one-week and final surveys. The study records personal observations and does not establish biological mechanisms or provide medical care.

Participation is voluntary. Follow the product labeling and study instructions. Products may cause irritation or an allergic reaction. Stop use if a reaction occurs, seek appropriate medical care, and contact survey@marieveronique.mom. This inbox and the surveys are not emergency services. You may decline to answer or stop participating; contact the study team if a required field prevents submission. Photographs and public product reviews are optional. The study is not medical care and does not guarantee a benefit. 

Complete the baseline, initial-experience, one-week and final surveys to receive a $100 voucher toward a future marieveronique.mom purchase of $100 or more before taxes & shipping fees, expires 6/30/2027 and delivered by email as a reward code within two business days after completing all four surveys. The reward code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, redeemed for cash or credit, or applied to previous purchases. No favorable answer, photo or public review is required.

MV Advanced, Inc., doing business as Marie Veronique, collects your email, assigned product and use frequency, product-use history and feedback, skin type and concerns, perceived skin appearance and comfort, irritation and other reactions, skincare products and routine changes, professional treatments and devices, and planned invasive skincare procedures. Enrollment also confirms your state of residence and adult eligibility. Marie Veronique uses this information to link your four surveys, administer and analyze the study, provide the voucher, improve products, and handle safety reports. Study and technology providers may process information only for these purposes under contractual restrictions. Marie Veronique may prepare and publish combined study findings for product education and marketing only in a form that does not identify you and meets applicable deidentification requirements. It will not publish your individual response, quotation, image or identifying details without separate marketing permission, or try to reidentify deidentified published results.
